What would happen if

Everyone who suffered a considerable delay while travelling on the London Underground filled in a customer charter refund form.

On the way home from work this evening our northern line train was delayed for about 25 minutes between East Finchely anf Finchley Central tube stations. I doubt if even 1% of the passengers on that train will claim for their delayed journey.

Maybe someone should organise an awarness campaign to alert tube passengers to this.

It might be the thought of having to fill in the form that puts people off, well it only takes a few minutes to do it online, and you don't have to remember to post anything.

Power to the people I say.
