Customer Service - Unbelievable
Yesterday I received an email from London Underground customer service department in response to a query I sent via their website on 11th January 2006!
The query was a chase up on a customer charter refund claim I made in December 2005. Luckily for me the claimed had been processed on the 3rd of January and arrived the day after I sent the query via the website.
What kind of customer service takes 40 days to reply to an email!
The Northern line has continued to provide its 'normal' service, with delays caused by various reasons: defective trains/signals.
